Terms of sale

What applies when you book a seat at a colouring class or buy a gift card from Malemoro. The Norwegian version is the legally binding one.

Our company details (name, organisation number and address) will be added shortly.

The parties

The seller is Art with Eni Pap, a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) owned by Eni Pap, trading as Malemoro. Organisation no.: 935 273 579. Address: Etterstadsletta 91A, 0660 Oslo. Email: send us a message. Phone: see the contact page. The buyer is the person who books a seat or orders a gift card – usually a parent or guardian.

What you are buying and prices

You are buying a seat at a colouring class for children aged 6–14 on a specific date, at a specific time and venue. The picture is drawn in advance, and each child colours it in their own way. A booking is for at least 4 and no more than 12 children, and each class has no more than 12 pupils. A gift card covers a number of seats (one seat = one child at one class).

Prices are shown on the website and in the booking form, in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including VAT where applicable. All colours and materials are included.

Ordering and confirmation

  • When you send the booking form, we email you a link. Tap it to confirm your email address. We hold the seat for 2 hours while we wait for your confirmation.
  • We then review the booking and confirms your seat by email. The booking is binding once you have received this confirmation.
  • Gift cards are ordered on the gift card page and delivered as a code by email (or for printing) once payment has been received.

Payment

You pay with Vipps. Once your seat is confirmed, we send you a payment request in Vipps, which must be paid before the class. Gift cards are paid the same way after ordering. If you use a gift card when booking, the seats are deducted from the gift card and you only pay for any children it doesn’t cover.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the class starts. Send us a message and you’ll get a full refund (or the seats back on your gift card).
  • If you cancel later, or the child doesn’t turn up, the seat is not refunded. A sibling or friend is welcome to take the seat instead – just let us know their name and age.
  • A class runs when at least 4 children have signed up. If there are fewer, we may cancel the class. We will let you know as early as possible.
  • If we have to cancel the class, for example due to illness or too few sign-ups, you can always choose between a full refund or a seat on a new date.

Right of withdrawal

Booking a seat at a class on a specific date is a leisure service and is exempt from the right of withdrawal (Norwegian Cancellation Act, angrerettloven, section 22 (m)). You can still cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before, as described above. For gift cards you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, as long as the gift card has not been used. Let us know and you’ll get your money back within 14 days.

Gift cards

A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any class with available seats. The code is entered when booking. Gift cards can be given away, but cannot be exchanged for cash after the withdrawal period has ended.

Class terms

When you book, you accept these terms:

  • Parents are very welcome.
  • Parents of children with behavioural difficulties must be reachable by phone throughout the class and able to collect their child at short notice.
  • At drop-off, parents must give a phone number where we can reach them.
  • If your child has an allergy or another health condition, the instructor must be told before the class, so we can make the right arrangements.
  • Remember that clothes may get paint and colour on them. We recommend choosing clothes with this in mind.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the class in case of illness. Seats that have already been booked will be refunded in full.

Children and responsibility

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up their child on time. We look after the children during the class only.
  • Colours and materials are provided.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with a class, or something has gone wrong, let us know within a reasonable time of noticing it. We will reply within 14 days and find a solution, such as a new seat or a refund.

Dispute resolution

We always try to resolve any disagreement directly with you first. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Norwegian Consumer Council, Forbrukerrådet (forbrukerradet.no), which can mediate. If that doesn’t resolve it, the case can be brought before the Consumer Complaints Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget).

Personal data

See our privacy policy for how we handle your and your children’s personal data.
